Many people have heard of freestyle walking, but this is freestyle running. I guess people got tired of just plain running and decided to throw in some flips and spins. My take on this sport/discipline…Awesome! I have now been inspired to take-on a new hobby; thats right, jumping off of your car or house for fun. That’s how we do it!
